Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.YOUR ROLEWe are looking for motivated recent graduates to join our team in Porto , as a Junior AML Analyst .In this role you will:Conduct AML/KYC due diligence investigations and review transaction monitoring alerts to identify potential financial crime risks.Assess and resolve alerts by closing false positives or escalating suspicious cases to AML Level 2 teams for further investigation.Collaborate with Operations and Compliance teams across jurisdictions to ensure adherence to regulatory and monitoring requirements.Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails, while escalating critical issues and contributing to process improvement initiatives.Support departmental workload management and ensure timely completion of investigations in line with service standards.YOUR PROFILERecently graduated in Law, Management, International Relations or similar areas.Interest in AML ( Anti Money Laundering) , Compliance, and Financial Crime Prevention.Eagerness to learn and develop in an international banking environment.Good communication and teamwork skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Fluency in English.Availability to work in Porto (hybrid model).WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT CAPGEMINIAt Capgemini Portugal we have a flexible and dynamic work environment.
